Is there a return or exchange policy?
Yes, exchanges are available for size or defect issues within 7 days of purchase. (Products must be unused and in original condition.)
Do you offer customization?
Currently, designs are curated by our team. Customizations are limited to bulk orders for clubs, events, or batches.
How often are new products launched?
We work on a drop model – new collections and limited editions drop every semester. Keep an eye on our socials for updates.
How do I know my size?
Each apparel item comes with a size chart on the product page.You can also use the trail room in the store. Check before ordering.
Where do I get my order?
Orders can be picked up on campus at the Swag desk or delivered to your hostel/class (depending on the drop).
